Hi All,Regular readers of this substack might have twigged that while I sympathize a great deal with the situation in which Volodymyr Zelensky finds himself, I do not normally lather him with praise. I certainly do not go out of my way to criticize him, because of the extraordinary position in which he is, but I also find the overt lionization of him that you can find in some quarters makes me uncomfortable—both on the general principle and the specifics. Zelensky—A historic leader, but is he a good war leader.
